Technical delivery management across three countries
Gjensidige’s digital transformation involved development teams and stakeholders across Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic. Apply Agency provided Scrum Master and team leadership to create a shared delivery rhythm, clear risk management and shorter feedback loops. The task was delivery management, not the development of one specific platform.
