A solution that gets better over time, not just older.

Apply Agency runs and develops digital platforms with a permanent senior team. We can take over what you already have, get on top of the technical reality and set a rhythm for operations, upgrades and new needs. No restart just for the sake of it.

If this is you

When the solution works, but has become hard to change.

Upgrades pile up, knowledge sits with a few people, and every release feels bigger than it should. We start by understanding the solution, stabilising what matters most and making the next step visible.

Insight, stability, operations and development belong together. The same team follows the solution all the way and keeps the rhythm going. 01 Insight Code · platform · risk 02 Stability Upgrades · security 03 Operations Monitoring · releases 04 Development Roadmap · new needs Core team Shared ownership

What we take responsibility for

01

A permanent senior team

The same people get to know the code, the history and your users, and stay close to the decisions.

02

Takeover without a restart

We map the solution, document what matters most and build on what already works.

03

Upgrades and security

CMS, dependencies, hosting and access are kept up to date in a planned rhythm rather than as firefighting.

04

A visible roadmap

Bugs, technical debt and new needs are prioritised together. The next step is clear, and priorities can change when needs do.

The foundation

Already have the platform?

We don't need to have built it to take responsibility for it. We can step into an existing solution, get it upgraded and set up operations that fit your organisation.

  • Sitecore operations
  • Umbraco upgrades
  • Migration from legacy CMS
  • Cloud and hosting
  • Monitoring
  • Security
  • Performance
  • CI/CD and releases
  • Roadmap and support

A typical takeover

Upgrade first. Only rebuild when it's necessary.

An older Sitecore or Umbraco solution doesn't automatically need replacing. We look at whether it can be upgraded, simplified and given a better release flow. Only when the foundation genuinely stands in the way do we recommend rebuilding.

How we work

From takeover to a calm rhythm

We don't promise that everything is simple on day one. We promise to make the reality visible, prioritise what matters most and keep going until the solution is good to work with again.
