TestaViva

From first sprint to B2B PoC in 12 weeks

TestaViva wanted to test a new legal service for businesses without building a technical dead end. Apply Agency joined the product team and took responsibility for architecture, integrations and development. The goal was a working B2B PoC in a short time, but on a modular foundation that could also carry the next step.

Technical disciplines, work delivered and results for TestaViva
Technical discipline Delivered Result
Product architecture A modular solution with Next.js, Laravel and Azure Kubernetes Service. The PoC could be ready quickly without locking further development into a temporary architecture.
Business integrations Integrations with Shopify, HubSpot, Auth0 and Document Drafter. Commerce, marketing, login and document generation came together in the PoC’s user journeys.
Delivery model Short decision paths, ongoing prioritisation and development from the first sprint. Decisions were made in the team, and development began in the first sprint.

The result

TestaViva got a working B2B PoC that could be tested. At the same time, the most important integrations and the technical direction were in place, so a later product could build on the first version instead of starting over.
