Apply Agency has moved to Havnegade

Apply Agency has moved.

Not just a new line in the email signature, but a new address, a new stairwell and a new view. And a roof terrace where you can see the quay, the water and the Church of Our Saviour, if you remember to look up from the screen.

We now live at Havnegade 25, third floor.

It started in Købmagergade

The first Apply Agency office was at Købmagergade 5. Same stairwell as the hatmaker Petitgas. That is where we started in 2020, at a time when most other things were shutting down, and when the first big enterprise project landed on a brand new company registration number.

There was not much room. On the other hand, it was a short walk to the coffee, to each other and to the clients who dared to bet on an agency that had only just started.

As we grew, we moved on to Østergade with more desks, more screens and a wine fridge. Eventually there were so many of us that meeting rooms got tight, and so did the kind of air you need when you have to think.

So we took the leap to the harbour.

Why Havnegade

It was not an easy decision. A move costs money, disrupts and ties you down.

In return, we got what we were missing: more square metres, more daylight, a proper roof terrace and an address that fits the Apply Agency we have become. We share the building with our roomies from DAY21. That makes for a working day with developers, designers and people who think in customer experiences, all on the same floor.

The first weeks in the new place went the way moves do. Desktop computers were shut down in Østergade and switched on again in Havnegade. The VPN had to find a new IP. Some still had Købmagergade in their signature. The espresso machine protested. And then everyday life started to look like itself again anyway. Just with more sky overhead.

Housewarming in June

Once the moving boxes were empty enough that you could see the floor, we invited people in.

On Friday 13 June 2025, we held a housewarming from 3 pm. Clients, partners, friends of the house and people we may have forgotten to tag. Around 190 had signed up. There were sliders, draught beer, wine, a DJ in the beam room and music out on the terrace until the neighbours and the night said stop.

It was not an opening reception with a podium and a ribbon. It was a party to celebrate that we have landed.

The same Apply Agency in new surroundings

We are still the agency that builds digital solutions that have to hold up on a rainy Monday. CMS, integrations, self-service, AI and the kind of work that only gets good when the people behind it know each other.

The difference is that we now do it with a view of the water. And with room for guests to drop by without us having to clear three desks first.
